WHY DOES THE FABRIC OF SOFAS FADE?

When exposed to direct sunlight or cleaned using abrasive and ammonia-based detergent, the colours of sofa fabrics fade. Fabrics suitable for washing, when washed at heats and with chemicals other than indicated, fade.

HOW SHOULD FURNITURE BE CARRIED AND TRANSPORTED, WHAT SHOULD BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION?

1- When moving, dismantle furniture in the reverse order. Take care that the parts are not damaged while handling. Mount furniture on a clean and level surface. Assembly should be carried out by at least two experienced people. In principle follow the assembly diagram and use the correct auxiliary material.
2- Remove all shelves if you are to change the places of furniture in your house. Carry the product with moving parts such as doors and drawers facing upwards.
3- Our company shall not be held responsible for accidents and damages resulting from the replacement of İder products by end users.
4- Do not attempt to push or drag your furniture. Move unpacked and installed product not by dragging, but by lifting.
5- In house-to-house moving, carry furniture after packaging.
6- Problems that may occur during house-to-house moving are not covered by warranty.
7- Do not carry products with any heavy, pointed or sharp objects on them.
8- If the purchased product is to be taken from the store, it must be taken using a vehicle with suitable sizes.
9- With regard to products to be delivered at the storehouse, the personnel of the transport vehicle sent to our storehouse by the customer must be experienced in properly placing and fixing the product. Our company shall not be held responsible for damage occurring during transport.

HOW SHOULD PANEL FURNITURE GROUPS BE MAINTAINED AND CLEANED?

Coated chipboard products are more durable than polished products; however plentiful water in corner finishes or 45-degree sharp joints must be used with caution during both cleaning and use; a slightly damp cloth should be used for cleaning.

HOW MUST WE USE SOFA FABRICS?

1- Protect the product against direct sunlight. Doing otherwise may cause yellowing on the product.
2- Do not keep the products in damp or dusty environments.
3- Do not wipe Chenille fabrics often, as they have towel properties. Carry out wiping using a slightly damp cloth without applying too much pressure.
4- In order to prevent the fabric from getting dirty, clean using a vacuum cleaner or brush with a non-metal brush with thick strands.
5- We recommend that stains are cleaned only with water-based soaps (white granule soap foam) or upholstery cleaners, with little moisture.
6- We recommend that you immediately clean any liquid spilling on the fabric and that you clean the stained area from outside to inside, without applying pressure.
7- Never dry using an iron.
8- Our primary recommendation in cleaning fabrics is dry cleaning.

HOW SHOULD ARTIFICIAL LEATHER BE CLEANED IN FURNITURE?

1) Cleaning stains:
Cleaning should be carried out by wiping gently from outside to inside, in keeping with the cleaning chart.
2) Cleaning chart:
Coffee, tea or milk stain: After mopping the stain with soft absorbing paper towels, use neutral soap to wipe with circular motions.
Chocolate and dessert stains: Wiped with hot water (max. 40°C) using a sponge.
Cosmetics stain: Wiped using neutral soap.
Jam or syrup stain: The stain should be wiped using a sponge with hot water. Also, leather should not be exposed to direct sunlight. Otherwise yellowing will occur.

WHAT SHOULD BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION IN USING BED BASES?

1- For safety reasons, do not let your children open or close bed bases with dampers.
2- Remove objects inside the bed base when moving or carrying. Take care not to impact the corners of your bed base; package your product and do not place excessive load on it.
3- Do not place excessive and heavy loads in the chest part while using your bed base.
4- Do not attempt to carry your bed base by dragging. The feet may break.
5- Do not keep the upper cover of your bed base open for too long. Lock the safety locks when open.
6- Do not tread within the chest of the bed bases.
7- Wipe the fabric of your bed base using warm water and lather. Take care that the material you use to wipe is colourless.
8- Clean the wooden parts of your bed base using a damp cloth.
9- Do not open or close your bed base without a mattress on it. The forceful opening of the bed base when not carrying a mattress may cause injuries.

HOW SHOULD CHROME PLATED PRODUCTS BE USED?

1- Chrome-nickel plated parts do not discolour or rust in non-humid environments.
2- The products must be kept away from acidic environments.
3- They should be wiped with a dry cloth for shining from time to time.
4- Parts the colour of which has started to change can be re-shined using powder detergents and a dry cloth.
5- Sodium carbonate and a dry cloth may be used for rubbing and shining in cases where shining powders are not present.
6- If chrome-nickel parts are to be cleaned using a damp cloth, they must absolutely be wiped with a dry cloth afterwards.
7- Gloves should be used to prevent the used substances from harming allergenic skin; cleaning materials should not be inhaled.

HOW SHOULD CHAIRS BE USED AND CLEANED?

1- The leather upholstery of the chairs should be cleaned with a soapy cloth.
2- The wooden parts of the chair should be wiped with a dry cloth. Do not use substances containing alcohol.
3- The chairs should not be used outside their intended purposes.
4- The chairs must be protected from excessive heat or cold. Protect your chairs from direct sunlight.
5- Check the connection points of your chairs regularly and do not tighten loose connections in order to extend the life of your chairs and to ensure a comfortable use.

WHAT SHOULD BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION IN USING CARPETS?

1- Do not beat your carpet, but use the ends of the vacuum cleaner without brushes.
2- Do not wash your carpet in house conditions. You must wipe them using natural soap or carpet shampoo.
3- Use water not exceeding 30°C while wiping.
4- Wipe your carpet towards the grain. Avoid circular or back and forth movements.
5- Dry quickly on the floor after cleaning. Do not use when wet, and protect from direct sunlight.
6- Seek the assistance of professional companies for general cleaning. For carpets produced of natural materials, warn your cleaning company not to use bleaches or heavy grease removers.
7- As hard objects (sofas, coffee tables, chairs etc.) places on the carpet may leave marks, you should put a soft buffer such as felt underneath them and should change their places from time to time to prevent marking.
8- Keep your carpet rolled in a dry environment when not using.
9- Change the direction of your carpet regularly to prevent the parts remaining under heavy objects from crushing.
10- Stains such as tea and coffee that may occur on your carpet require the complete washing of the carpet after correct intervention. Colour and tone differences may occur in carpets that are not subjected to general wash.
